How to fill and use a piping bag

Learning to pipe is a great technique to add a decorative twist to any dish. A steady hand and practise are key to mastering this art.
Method
1
Fold back the top of the piping bag to cover your hand and spoon in the mashed potato

Once full, unfold the top of the bag and twist to seal the bag

Hold the twisted end in one hand and guide the pointed tip with the other
